Subject: ETKA 8.1 standalone installer from Yandex won't open after extracting Part 1 and Part 2 - Need advice
Hello everyone,
I need some guidance regarding the ETKA software package available on Yandex Disk versus the preconfigured Virtual Machine threads posted here on the forum.
I downloaded the standalone program files from Yandex Disk. I successfully extracted both part1.exe and part2.rar files into my local drive. However, whenever I try to run the program or the loader, the loading cursor spins for a split second and then absolutely nothing happens. The application completely fails to open or launch.
My question for the community is:
Is this standalone package from Yandex exactly the same software/data found inside the preconfigured VMware images, meaning I am just missing the correct manual installation/emulator steps? Or should I just give up on this manual install and download the preconfigured VM instead?
What do you recommend for a stable setup on a Windows 10 64-bit environment?
