Creating multiple accounts to bypass activation limits isn't the right path. License management decisions like removing an existing HWID or handling special cases require admin review.

Contact Bin or use the forum's admin support channel to explain that your original computer had issues with HPT-MMOQRY and you need to move the license to a different machine. They can evaluate whether to reset your registered HWID or provide an alternative solution.
