That's expected behavior – the software contains cracks/patches that antivirus programs flag as threats.
Before installation:
Temporarily disable your antivirus (Windows Defender, Avast, etc.)
In Windows Defender specifically:
Go to Settings → Update & Security → Windows Security → Virus & threat protection
Turn off Real-time protection
Add the installation folder to Exclusions (Virus & threat protection settings → Add or remove exclusions → Add folder)
Also disable SmartScreen (Windows Security → App & browser control → Off)
Recommended safe practice:
Use a dedicated offline machine or a virtual machine (VMware/VirtualBox) for this type of software. Windows 10 LTSC 2019 is confirmed working and is ideal for this purpose – it has minimal bloat and no forced updates.
After installation is complete and everything works, you can re-enable your antivirus but make sure the installation folder stays in the exclusions list, otherwise it will quarantine the files again.
