If you mean the archive password (file RAR/ZIP) downloaded from the resources section, the default password is: binunlock.com

As for the application itself (ToyoLex 4 — Black Diamond Edition), it comes fully activated (Full Activation) according to the resource description and does not require an additional activation code.

This is only an immobilizer; it does not support clearing DTCs for Hino ECUs.
