Thanks for sharing this resource. Techstream is the gold standard for Toyota and Lexus diagnostics.

For anyone setting this up, pay close attention to the driver installation if you are using a Mini VCI (J2534) cable on a 64-bit version of Windows, as that is usually the trickiest part of the process. The video guide should be very helpful for that.
