The image you uploaded doesn't let me read the text on the chip or properly identify the pines/pads. Upload another one closer to the STM32 (in focus and with good lighting), and with that I can point out NRST (pin no.) and the connection point RST/NRST for the ST-LINK.

• A closer, sharper photo of the STM32 area where the chip markings can be read and the are patillas/padsclear (at least one corner of the package).
