Im now retired and very old school before all this coding stuff. Always maintained my own vehicles but plant and machinery was my game Just interested in how this modern day software etc works. Not sure whether its a massive improvement or just a cash cow for the vehicle manufacturers . But then I am old!!!!

I’ve just joined the crew and I’m ready to dive into the binary details. No time for messing around—let’s get straight to the point.

Equipment: I’ve got a pretty solid testing setup. We’re talking about PCMFlash (with boot/BSL/bench adapters), Scanmatik 2 Pro, KESS V2, KTAG and OpenPort 2.0. For diagnostics and coding, I use OBD11 Pro (with DSRM/SFD), VCDS 24, SDConnect C4, ODIS and Otofix D1 Lite. I also have Carprog, iProg+ and a complete set of BDM/JTAG. adapters. My power supply for testing is practically part of the family by now.
Specialization: Passenger cars, ECU/TCU tuning and advanced coding. I mainly work with EDC17, MED17 and DSG controllers.
Mission: Staying one step ahead of the competition with the latest unlocking methods and exchanging knowledge with people who really know their way around a hex editor.
Fun fact: I’m currently “restarting” my system after a hemorrhagic stroke. It put my off-road scooter trips on hold, but only intensified my obsession with ECU and computer modifications. It’s my therapy and passion.
I’m here to learn and help. If you care about clean files and solid logs, we’ll get along just fine.
