You’re missing the actual XENTRY installation folder/launcher shortcuts. On a “complete install” there should still be an installed directory (even if some components aren’t working).
Do this on Win10 Pro:
- Press Win + R → type:
and check if there’s a folder named XENTRY or similar.
- Also check:
for an XENTRY folder.
- Open Start Menu → search:
XENTRY
If nothing shows, search for:
launcher
or
S/COPE
- Then use Windows search: open File Explorer → go to This PC and search for:
(and also try
)
Reply with:
1) What exact folders you have under
C:\Program Files and
C:\Program Files (x86) (any “XENTRY” / “DAS” / “SCOPE” / “Launcher” names), and
2) The result of the search for
launcher.exe (found/not found).
If
launcher.exe doesn’t exist anywhere, then the installer likely wasn’t pointed to the right install path or the launcher component wasn’t installed.
