For the 3-litre HPI Daily, the file introduces Stage 1 gains that stretch the usable torque band while keeping OEM smoothness. DPF regeneration logic and EGR flow are fully disabled, cutting back-pressure and keeping charge air clean. Torque, boost and smoke limiters are rescaled with safe λ-targets so the 6-speed clutch survives steep hill starts when fully laden. Cold-start enrichment, idle and part-throttle maps retain highway fuel economy, yet boost arrives about 300 rpm sooner for crisper urban pull-aways.
