license.lic, so the new request still has to go through them — I can't generate it from here.One thing worth flagging before they process it: the new
activation.req you attached shows the same size (901 B) and the same header block as the one in post #17957 (the forum-ACT-V2, HPT-MMOQRY-1.0.0, OFFLINE-HWID-1.0.0, RSA1 blob). That is expected if the HWID hasn't changed, but it also means a re-issue against the same request will fail again if the original problem was on the import side rather than in the request itself.To move this forward, please post:
- The exact LICENSE NAME as typed into HPT-MMOQRY, character for character (trailing spaces and capitalisation matter — this is the most common cause of a rejected offline license).
- A screenshot of the exact error at the Verify & Open step, or of the message you get when the app restarts.
- Whether the request was generated on the same machine and same user account where you are importing
license.lic(a different HWID between generation and import will always fail). - HPT-MMOQRY version you are running (should be 1.0.0 to match the request header).
Note: the code in post #17955 looks like a hardware/serial string, not a license name — if you submitted that as the name, that alone would explain the mismatch.
