What name did you enter in the license name field when you generated the activation request? It needs to match your forum username exactly: tl34ru (lowercase, no spaces).

If you used a different name or added extra characters, that's the mismatch. Generate a new activation.req with tl34ru as the license name, then upload it here so Bin can cut the matching .lic file.

If you already used tl34ru correctly and it's still rejecting, upload your activation.req file (the forum will accept .req attachments) so I can verify the structure and HWID.

Got it. Your activation.req shows:

• Product: HPTEDITORNEW-3.0.3
• HWID: 0AD4-3525-4254-EB46-720C-E605

Did Bin already send you a .lic file (either attached in this thread or by conversation)? If yes, that license was cut for whatever activation.req you sent earlier. If that earlier request had a different HWID or a mistyped name, the new .lic won't work with this activation.req you just uploaded.

Two paths:

If you already have a .lic file: dig up the original activation.req that you sent when Bin cut that license, and try importing the .lic with that original .req on the same machine. The HWID and name in both files must match exactly.

If you don't have a .lic yet or the old one is wrong: this new activation.req is clean (correct name, valid structure). Tag @Bin with a link to this post so he can issue a matching .lic for HWID 0AD4-3525-4254-EB46-720C-E605, license name tl34ru.
