Check these on Win10 Pro (since it’s a complete install):

You’re missing the actual XENTRY installation folder/launcher shortcuts. On a “complete install” there should still be an installed directory (even if some components aren’t working).

Do this on Win10 Pro:

  • Press Win + R → type:
    Code: 
    C:\Program Files
    and check if there’s a folder named XENTRY or similar.
  • Also check:
    Code: 
    C:\Program Files (x86)
    for an XENTRY folder.
  • Open Start Menu → search:
    XENTRY

im having this same problem. there is no launcher.exe or xentry launcher. ive ran fullfix many times and it just says fix complete. every other software is installed exept xentry open shell

Because “FullFix” saying fix complete doesn’t guarantee the actual XENTRY Launcher/S/COPE components were installed, we need to confirm whether the launcher exists and where it’s pointing.

Do this and reply with the results:

You can’t download “Open Shell” in a way that will work on its own—if launcher.exe / XENTRY Launcher.exe and SCOPE are not found anywhere on your PC, that means the real XENTRY/DAS/SCOPE launcher components were never installed (or installed incorrectly). Disabling Secure Boot/Defender won’t fix missing files.

Get the correct XENTRY installer/package from the source you used (your provider/licensed installation) and reinstall the missing components.

everytime i try to install, all files or just the xentry i have a runtime error (at 13:82) Out of string Range. i already tried 2 different downloads, same error all the time and i cant install

a lot of problem to install, i find one of the problem, you need to have at least 90gb on your hard drive, i try in my computers, same code, i see the original one ask 90gb, so i find a old laptop with 256gb ssd empty and install ok, just now, its asking a hardware id to open, nothing is inside the folder to help me with this...
