Red driver means the definition exists in the database index, but the actual file is physically missing from your hard drive. This is very common with these "43000+" versions—they often have inflated indexes but lack the actual

If the file is missing from the directory, the database entry is useless. As mentioned, this is the main issue with these "43,000 driver" versions—the index claims the driver exists, but the file is gone.
Since you can't find the specific
SK12FD99.drt, try searching by the ECU Software Number instead of the driver name.- Open the software and load your original file.
- Look at the ECU Info (HW and SW numbers).
- Search the driver list manually for that specific SW number.
Sometimes a driver exists for the same ECU SW but under a different car model or chassis. If you find one with the matching SW number, load it, but check the 2D view carefully. If the maps line up (injection, spark, turbo, etc.), you can use that driver even if the filename is different.
If that doesn't work, you will have to define the maps manually or use WinOLS.

For a file from Simos 10.22, you can use virtually any version of WinOLS (even the old 2.24, 4.51, or newer 4.7). WinOLS is only an editor and will open the binary file without problems regardless of the version.
It is more about two things:
- Checksum (CS): If your programmer (Kess, K-Tag, PCMflash, etc.) can calculate the checksum automatically when writing (during "Write"), then the version of WinOLS does not matter. If you need to calculate the checksum in WinOLS, older versions (2.24 crack) will probably not have a working module for Simos 10. I recommend version 4.51 or higher.
- Map definitions: Since ECM Titanium failed for you, for WinOLS you will need a Damos (A2L) file or a quality Mappack for Simos 10.xx. Without that, it is difficult to tell what is what in the Hex view.

Yes, it works, but on Windows 10/11 it can be problematic. This is usually not a typical installation, but rather a "Portable" version (extract and run).
For it to work, you need to meet a few conditions:
- Antywirus/Defender: This is the most important thing. You need to add the program folder to the exceptions before extracting it. Defender often silently removes the DLL files needed for key emulation.
- Location: Do not put it in "Program Files". Extract the folder directly to the C drive (e.g.
C:\ECM). - Permissions: Right-click
Titanium.exe-> Properties -> Compatibility -> Set compatibility mode to Windows 7 or XP and check "Run as administrator".
If you still get the "Error at initialisation of bundled dll" error, look for version 26100 Drivers. It has fewer drivers in the database, but it is much more stable and easier to run on newer systems than version 43000.

If you have already tried running as Administrator and setting Compatibility mode to Windows 7/XP, the issue is likely missing system libraries.
This software is very old (32-bit architecture). Even if you are on a 64-bit Windows, you must install the x86 libraries.
Try installing this specific package:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)
Also, check if the file Titanium.ini exists in the folder. Open it with Notepad and ensure the language setting is correct (usually
Language=ENG).If it still fails, the "bundled dll" error on Windows 10/11 is often unsolvable without disabling Secure Boot or Core Isolation, which isn't recommended. The best workaround is to run it inside a Windows 7 Virtual Machine (VMware or VirtualBox).

The "Error at initialisation of bundled dll" is usually caused by Windows 10/11 security features (specifically Data Execution Prevention or Defender) blocking the old protection wrapper used by the crack.
The only 100% reliable fix that works for everyone is:
- Use a Windows 7 Virtual Machine (VMware or VirtualBox).
If you are trying to run it natively on Windows 10/11, you can try this, but it does not work on all builds:
- Delete your current folder.
- Disable Windows Defender Real-Time Protection completely.
- Re-extract the archive (the antivirus likely ate the DLL silently).
