CAS3+ C4 Editor 2.0.0 — Complete BinUnlock Rebuild#

The original CAS3+ C4 Editor | Repair ISN & Repair Tool has been completely rebuilt and replaced by CAS3+ Data & Security Workspace 2.0.0.

Developed and published by BinUnlock LLC, this release introduces a redesigned CAS3+ EEPROM workspace, stronger structure validation, expanded key management, new DME/EGS security functions, verified Flash images and dedicated recovery outputs.

This is a major functional rebuild rather than a minor interface update.

Major Changes#

  • New workspace for supported 4,096-byte CAS3+ EEPROM files
  • Checksum, integrity and internal-structure validation
  • VIN, DME/EGS ISN, mileage, ZB number, RF and EWS-state display
  • Complete ten-slot key workspace
  • Key status editing and compatible .key exchange
  • VIN, production-date and key-cut-code editing
  • Remote-frequency and power-class editing
  • EGS EWS state control
  • Supported mileage-block reset to zero
  • Four-byte DME/EGS ISN workspace
  • SK1, SK2 and SK3 security-key functions
  • Verified EWS3/EWS4 crypto-off workflows
  • Legacy XOR operation for compatible repair cases
  • Verified 512 KB normal CAS3+ Flash export
  • Verified 512 KB ELV-off Flash export
  • Separate downgrade-repair EEPROM output
  • Dedicated EDC16 all-keys-lost recovery workflow
  • Readable TXT report export
  • 34 fully supported interface languages
  • Automatic Windows-language selection through System · Auto
  • Localized built-in help for advanced functions
  • Portable local operation with no backend or background traffic

Verified CAS3+ Flash Exports#

Version 2.0.0 includes separate verified normal and ELV-off CAS3+ Flash images.

Each exported image has an exact size of:

524,288 bytes / 512 KB

The embedded images are checked before export and do not modify the currently opened 4 KB EEPROM.

Preserve the original CAS Flash and use exported images only with compatible CAS3+ hardware.

Recovery Workflows#

The new Security Tools window includes:

  • DOWNGRADE REPAIR — creates a separate repair EEPROM output for supported downgrade-related corruption
  • ALL KEYS LOST — EDC16 — dedicated recovery output for compatible EDC16 all-keys-lost cases
  • REVERT EDITS — discards applicable unsaved working changes

The selected source file remains protected and is not overwritten automatically.

Important Input Requirement#

The main input must be a supported:

4,096-byte CAS3+ EEPROM dump

Do not use a 512 KB CAS Flash as the primary EEPROM input.

Always preserve the untouched EEPROM and Flash and save every processed result under a new filename.
