Quick install flow​#

1. Run \DTS 8.16\Setup.exe and complete installation
2. Install Venice4ODX201 via Setup_ODX201_Editor.exe (optional but recommended)
3. Apply feature activation with the included utility and License.bin
4. Launch Monaco via Start.exe, select interface, open sample project, test ECU communication
