That's the cause right there — the HWID changed, so the license issued for the old one (125C426119DC360B00A2569702244EE2) will always be rejected. The license is bound to one specific hardware ID.
Post your current HWID exactly as the app shows it now, along with your forum username, and note it's a re-issue because the hardware number changed. The admin will bind a new key to the new HWID.
One thing worth checking so it doesn't keep happening: the HWID usually shifts if you're launching from a different PC/Windows user, running it from a temp/extracted folder each time, or if something like a VM/network adapter change alters the fingerprint. Try to run it consistently from the same installed location and user account, then post the ID it shows.
