Be careful with the HWID you sent: it had an extra group.

You posted C2BC-F1D6-9CE7-C3EE-98AC-1546-2C33-D28E-34 → that’s 34 hexadecimal characters, whereas the ETS HWID consists of 8 groups of 4 (32 hex characters). The license was generated for C2BCF1D69CE7C3EE98AC15462C33D28E, so if your actual HWID is different, the program will reject it, no matter what.

I received the video, but I can’t read the HWID or the exact error message from it.

Do this:
  • Open the application and copy the HWID using the button/field in the app itself (don’t type it manually).
  • Paste the exact HWID here along with a screenshot of the activation screen showing the error exactly as it appears.
  • Confirm that you’re using v1.02 and that you completely removed the previous installation (v1.01 with Loader_Final.exe should no longer be used).

Once I have the correct HWID, I’ll regenerate the key without using up another slot.

He didn't download the update from the forum; only the update downloaded from the forum will pass activation. I explained everything in the update section of this resource.

Yes, I installed v1.0.3 first, then it asked me to update, and it hasn't worked since then.

Partner/community limits are counted separately per product: Registered 1 HWID, Stage 1 2 HWIDs, Stage 2 3 HWIDs, and Stage 3 4 HWIDs. Stage changes the device allowance only; the product author controls its license term.

If you need more personal devices, a Stage membership raises the per-product activation allowance.
