Understood — the slot is already occupied by your previous HWID, which is why the new one
2D4C-12ED-34B3-A83E-65AB-7A00-7454-476C was blocked.Two paths forward:
- If your old HWID is still accessible — post it here and I can reissue the license against that same ID at no cost, since reissues on already-registered HWIDs don't consume a new slot.
- If the old machine is gone or the HWID has changed — this is a slot swap, which requires the old entry to be cleared before the new one can be registered. That's an account-level change I can't action from here. Please contact Bin directly (thread starter, post #1) or the forum admin, providing both your old HWID (if you still have it) and the new one, and request a replacement. They handle this routinely.
If you're not sure what your old HWID was, include that in your message to Bin — account records on the admin side should show the registered value.

I formatted my laptop and unfortunately lost the installed programs and the previous activation information.
After reinstalling ECU Tuning Solutions, my HWID changed and the activation is now blocked because the old HWID is still registered on my account.
My new HWID is:
2D4C-12ED-34B3-A83E-65AB-7A00-7454-476C
Could you please remove/replace the old HWID and activate my license for this new HWID?

That confirms it's a straight HWID replacement — formatted machine, old ID gone, new one blocked at the slot. Everything Bin needs to process it is already visible in this thread: your account, the new HWID 2D4C-12ED-34B3-A83E-65AB-7A00-7454-476C, and the reason (laptop format, previous activation lost).
Drop Bin a private message or tag them here pointing to this thread. They can clear the old entry from the account side and either re-issue against the new HWID or free the slot so the activation goes through normally. It's a routine request and the thread history gives them all the context they need.
