Understood — but there's a mismatch I need to flag before anything can be reissued.

The string in post #27421 is 89A8-2BB6-C545-CF4A-9810-4626-BDDA-4AB9. It ends in 4AB9, so there are no trailing 88 characters to swap for BB. Either the typo sat in a different block, or the corrected value differs in more than the last two positions.

Two separate things need untangling:
