Auto info hub want 100 USD again

If it worked for one day and then stopped, and Auto info hub now wants $100 again, it’s very likely the activation/license got revoked or expired.

First confirm on your PC:
  • Open your GTSplus install folder → check Logs (or any *.log) and paste the latest error lines here.
  • Open eventvwr.mscWindows LogsApplication, find errors at the time it stopped, and paste the error text (or screenshot).

Then tell Auto info hub to verify your activation status for your Software ID (as you mentioned earlier): 00993084EE481D77089B9235ACEE0F9C75. If they can’t confirm it’s still valid, don’t pay again.

Send me the latest log error text and I’ll interpret what’s causing the stop.

Before trying a reinstall or paying again, post the actual error from the logs so someone can diagnose it properly:

  1. Go to your GTSplus install folder and look for any .log files or a Logs subfolder. Open the most recent one and copy/paste the last 20–30 lines here.
  2. Also check eventvwr.msc → Windows Logs → Application — filter around the time it stopped working and screenshot any red error entries related to GTS.

Without that info nobody can tell you whether it's a license issue, a service crash, a certificate problem, or something else entirely. Post the logs and the thread members can help.

That's unfortunate. To clarify for others — are you saying @AutoiNFO_hub on Telegram took your money and the activation stopped working after one day?

If so:

  • Post proof (payment receipt, chat screenshots) so others can verify and avoid the same situation.
  • For GTSplus activation, the official developer contact is zenec.pl — that's the source referenced in the install instructions. Dealing directly with the developer is always safer.

Your technical issue (ERRINVALIDRESPONSE on port 50005) can still potentially be fixed without paying again. But I need the log files to tell you for sure:

  • GTSplus install folder → find .log files → paste the last 20–30 lines
  • eventvwr.msc → Windows Logs → Application → red errors around the time it broke

Post those and we can figure out if the service itself is broken or if it's purely a license issue.

The screenshot shows a $20 tip sent via boosty.to to "Auto iNFO" — so you paid $20, not $100. That's good to document for others.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • A "tip" on Boosty is not the same as purchasing a service with a guarantee. It's essentially a donation, which makes disputes very difficult.
  • The official GTSplus developer sells activation through zenec.pl — that's the legitimate source. Anyone else reselling on Telegram is a third party with no guarantees.
  • $20 for a GTSplus activation that normally costs more should have been a red flag.

What you can still do:

  1. Try a clean reinstall — fully delete the GTSplus folder, reboot, reinstall as Admin. Sometimes the service breaks due to a Windows update or certificate issue, not necessarily a revoked license.
  2. If it still fails, post the log files from the install folder and Event Viewer errors — there's still a chance this is a technical issue, not a license problem.
  3. If you need a new activation, go directly to zenec.pl next time.

Post the logs and let's rule out a fixable problem before spending more money.

Here's what to do:

  • Open zenec.pl in your browser
  • Look for Kontakt or Contact — usually in the top menu or page footer
  • There should be an email address or contact form

Now I'm going to write my truth. This fucker sends an erroneous monitor photo in telegram. He doesn't answer any questions. I ignored the request to send the work to GTS+info center . He spammed messages every minute and was warned that he would be banned for such behavior. They asked him questions, he didn't give a fuck about them. He couldn't prove that something was broken. He only sent spam. And it was sent in rough form and blocked . if a person doesn't want to be helped, but only spams, what is it about? I told him, then repair the GTS + 100 $ . I do not know what he broke, and I repeat, this pidr did not provide proof that GTS+ does not work. The photo he sends here is not proof. If it worked for 1 day, it means he broke something himself. considering that he begged and begged for a discount, he most likely wanted to trick me into activating another license. He's a 100% scammer here. I won't help him.
