Toyota Lexus GTS+ 2026 Offline Diagnostic Package#
Official discussion thread for installation support, compatibility reports, troubleshooting, user feedback and update announcements.
This package includes the required Toyota Global TechStream Plus (GTS+) installation components together with GTSPlusOffliner 1.03.
The included installation package is intended for the European GTS+ release. Users do not need to search for the base GTS+ installer separately.
Tested Versions#
GTSPlusOffliner 1.03 has been tested with:
- EU 2026.01.004.03
- EU 2026.02.002.03
- US 2026.02.002.02
Compatibility with other GTS+ versions is not guaranteed.
Installation Summary#
- Download and completely extract the full package.
- Do not launch installers directly from the compressed archive.
- Run GTSPlusParentInstaller_EU.exe.
- Complete the installation of all required GTS+ components.
- Restart Windows if requested.
- Launch GTS+ once and confirm that the main interface opens.
- Close GTS+ and all related processes.
- Run GTSPlusOffliner v1.03.exe.
- After processing is complete, launch GTS+ again.
Keep all included installation files together. Do not rename, remove or combine components from different regional GTS+ releases.
Offline Mode Limitations#
Offline mode may provide access to locally available diagnostic functions such as:
- Vehicle identification
- Health Check
- DTC reading and clearing
- Freeze Frame data
- Data List and live parameters
- Active Tests
- Supported service utilities
- Vehicle customization
Functions requiring Toyota server access will remain unavailable, including:
- Online Key Registration
- Reprogramming signature file requests
- ECU Security Key requests
- Online immobilizer or smart-key authorization
- Calibration and firmware downloads
- Functions requiring an active Toyota account or subscription
GTSPlusOffliner does not generate security keys, programming signatures, calibration files or Toyota online access.
Technical Support#
When reporting a problem, please include:
- Installed GTS+ version and region
- Windows version and architecture
- Vehicle model and year
- Diagnostic interface being used
- Installation step where the problem occurred
- Complete error message
- Screenshot of the error or application window
- Information about whether GTS+ worked before running GTSPlusOffliner
Do not disable the complete antivirus or Windows security system. If a file is blocked, post the exact filename and detection message in this thread.
Important Notes#
- Create a Windows restore point before modifying an existing GTS+ installation
- Do not run GTSPlusOffliner during an active diagnostic or programming session
- Use a stable vehicle power supply during ECU programming
- Do not attempt programming without the correct calibration and authorization data
- Online-only functions remain unavailable in offline mode
