Toyota and Lexus GTS+ Offline Diagnostic Package#
This package contains the installation components required for Toyota Global TechStream Plus (GTS+) together with GTSPlusOffliner 1.03.
It is intended for Toyota and Lexus diagnostic work where access to the locally installed GTS+ database and supported offline diagnostic functions is required.
The GTS+ installation files are included in the downloaded package. Users do not need to search for the base software separately.
Package Contents#
The archive includes:
- GTSPlusParentInstaller_EU.exe — main GTS+ Europe installation launcher
- GTSPlusOffliner v1.03.exe — offline-mode utility
- Setup_DB.exe — diagnostic database component
- Setup_GUI.exe — main graphical interface
- Setup_GuiServer.exe — GUI server component
- Setup_DataSync.exe — data synchronization component
- Setup_InfoCenter.exe — information center component
- Setup_NativeGraphViewer.exe — diagnostic graph viewer
- Setup_PCSDataViewer.exe — PCS data viewer
- Setup_PF.exe — supporting program component
- Setup_TSEConverter.exe — TSE conversion component
- CUWPlusPF.exe — supporting GTS+ installation component
Keep all installation files together in the same folder. Do not rename or remove individual components before installation.
Tested GTS+ Versions#
GTSPlusOffliner version 1.03 has been tested with:
- Europe — 2026.01.004.03
- Europe — 2026.02.002.03
- United States — 2026.02.002.02
The package shown here contains the European GTS+ installer. Compatibility with other builds may vary.
Installation#
- Download the complete archive and fully extract it into a separate folder.
- Do not run any installer directly from the compressed archive.
- Start GTSPlusParentInstaller_EU.exe.
- Complete the GTS+ installation and allow all required components to install.
- Restart Windows if requested.
- Launch GTS+ once and confirm that the main application opens.
- Close GTS+ and all related processes.
- Run GTSPlusOffliner v1.03.exe.
- Wait until the offline configuration process is complete.
- Launch GTS+ again and verify the available offline diagnostic functions.
Important: Do not run GTSPlusOffliner while GTS+ is performing diagnostics, programming or another active vehicle operation.
Available Offline Operation#
Depending on the installed database, vehicle and connected diagnostic interface, offline access may include:
- Vehicle identification
- System selection
- Health Check
- Reading and clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
- Freeze Frame data
- Data List and live parameters
- Active Tests
- Supported service utilities
- Vehicle customization
- Locally available ECU information
The availability of each function is controlled by GTS+ and may differ between vehicles and control systems.
Online Functions and Limitations#
Some GTS+ functions require an active network connection, Toyota server access or online authorization and will not operate in offline mode.
Examples include:
- Key Registration requiring online authorization
- Reprogramming signature file requests
- ECU Security Key requests
- Online smart-key and immobilizer authorization
- Calibration and firmware downloads
- Server-based technical information
- Functions requiring an active Toyota account or subscription
GTSPlusOffliner does not generate security keys, programming signatures, calibration files or Toyota account access.
Important Notes#
- Install the complete GTS+ package before running the offline utility
- Do not combine installation components from different regional releases
- Create a Windows restore point before modifying an existing installation
- Use a compatible Toyota diagnostic interface
- Use a stable vehicle power supply during diagnostic and programming procedures
- Do not perform ECU programming without the correct calibration and authorization data
- Online-only functions remain unavailable while GTS+ is operating offline
