• Customer number: 0 — meaning no liсеnsе is applied
• "You can run WinOLS 36 times until 7/17/2019 before updating the registration" — this is the standard EVC trial/grace period countdown
• Banner at top: "This version of WinOLS is (perhaps due to an update) not registered"

This means the VM image was distributed without a working registration or dongle emulation. The grace period (which was date-locked to July 2019) has almost certainly already expired if your system clock is set to the current date.

What's actually happening

WinOLS uses a hardware USB dongle (EVC dongle) for licensing. In сrаскed/VM distributions, this is typically handled by either:
