• Do the full removal with Revo, then delete leftover C:\ProgramData\EVC and any EVC folder under your user profile as you planned.
• Before reinstalling, add the install folder to Defender exclusions (both folder and process): C:\Program Files (x86)\EVC. Set it under Virus & threat protection → Manage settings → Exclusions.
• Reinstall, run the patch step, then re-add your outbound firewall blocks for ols.exe and olslaunch.exe.
