what should we do when login fieled to login or expired ?

not working, can't lunch any diagnostic software that i download, allways info some about "corrupted software, try to remove and install one more time" 2 devices the same sittuation

Does the standard Thinkdiag/Ediag application work?

x341 app installed, registered, loged in, downloaded EOBD, Ford, Citroen and always the same info as you see on attached photo. Demo is working. 2 devices checked and same situation. Bluetooth connecting to thinkdiag while starting Citroen, Ford or EOBD but after that "The diagnostic software file is lost..." and i can't install DPU Link Manager Service - software uncompatibile with android.

On the same device, diagzone and Thinkdiag app is working correctly.
