not working, can't lunch any diagnostic software that i download, allways info some about "corrupted software, try to remove and install one more time" 2 devices the same sittuation

Does the standard Thinkdiag/Ediag application work?

x341 app installed, registered, loged in, downloaded EOBD, Ford, Citroen and always the same info as you see on attached photo. Demo is working. 2 devices checked and same situation. Bluetooth connecting to thinkdiag while starting Citroen, Ford or EOBD but after that "The diagnostic software file is lost..." and i can't install DPU Link Manager Service - software uncompatibile with android.

On the same device, diagzone and Thinkdiag app is working correctly.

Iveco S Way when I try to go in to see the dtc errors I get this message. For older versions of the Iveco Stralis, everything works normally. I don't have this problem with any other software versions. It sees all the errors on the Iveco S Way without any problems, and deletes them.

Could you tell me if there are any other ways to pay for a subscription from Belarus? The payment does not go through using the options offered in the dashboard.

Do you have plans for something like a reseller dashboard where I could create accounts for my clients, so that everyone has their own login and password?

System version V8.00.054

Tested Ford PATS functionality - reported via PM but sharing with everyone else. 17 Explorer push button start. When trying to add a key fob - received 2 login failed messages and then was kicked back to the PATS menu.

Also tested newer Autosearch v11.30 obtained from a normal license. Did not work. Crashes with an error after TD2 VCI linked. (Apologize I did not get a screenshot of the error.) Went back to v11.21 and it works. (11.21 is the version included with this package.)

Was notified that RAM was missing during testing on a truck. Looked in vehicle files and the Chrysler folder did not contain any data. I put the latest version from a normal license in and it worked fine after that. And yes I have all available updates installed.
