DPF regeneration and EGR flow are fully disabled, cutting back-pressure and keeping boost air clean. Torque, boost and smoke limiters are rescaled with safe λ-targets so the 6-speed clutch survives repeated hill starts when fully laden. Cold-start, idle and part-throttle maps retain factory fuel economy on cruise, yet boost builds about 300 rpm sooner for smoother pull-aways.
