That "name does not match" error is almost always a mismatch between the LICENSE NAME issued in your
license.lic and the name you typed into HPT-MMOQRY — it's checked character for character, so trailing spaces, capitalisation and accents all count.To fix it:
- Open the license.lic Bin issued you and check the exact name it was made out to.
- In HPT-MMOQRY, type that name into the LICENSE NAME field exactly the same — same case, no leading/trailing spaces.
- Then import license.lic and run Verify & Open again.
One thing to note: in your request you only posted "plz lince" with the activation.req attached — you never stated the license name here, so I can't tell you what it should be. The name in the request header itself isn't a plain string, so the name that matters is whatever Bin used when generating the license.
If you type the name correctly and it still says "name does not match," the license was probably issued against a different name, and only Bin/admin can re-issue it. Post the exact name you're typing (and the exact name printed in your license), and we can confirm where the mismatch is. Don't post the full license.lic publicly.

Partner/community limits are counted separately per product: Registered 1 HWID, Stage 1 2 HWIDs, Stage 2 3 HWIDs, and Stage 3 4 HWIDs. Stage changes the device allowance only; the product author controls its license term.
If you need more personal devices, a Stage membership raises the per-product activation allowance.
