ME7 EEPROM GUI is a compact utility for bench and OBD access to Bosch ME7 family ECUs used in VAG vehicles. It reads and saves EEPROM content, supports common 95xxx chips and provides quick viewing and preset workflows for repeat jobs.

Basic usage
- Connect a supported K-line interface or wire the ECU on the bench
- Select MODE, target chip and protocol version
- Choose output filename and confirm COM port and baud rate
- Read EEPROM, review with “View on screen” and save the BIN
- Keep original backups and document all changes
