New - Autotuner iFlash Combine

A new tool has been added under:

Autotuner boot reads may contain two separate internal flash files:

The new tool combines both parts into a single binary that can be loaded directly into VAG MED/EDC17 CVNfix.

Log & PMU1 Improvements
