Installation Summary​#

1. Download and completely extract the full package.
2. Do not launch installers directly from the compressed archive.
3. Run GTSPlusParentInstaller_EU.exe.
4. Complete the installation of all required GTS+ components.
5. Restart Windows if requested.
6. Launch GTS+ once and confirm that the main interface opens.
7. Close GTS+ and all related processes.
8. Run GTSPlusOffliner v1.03.exe.
9. After processing is complete, launch GTS+ again.

• Online-only functions remain unavailable in offline mode

This package includes the required Toyota Global TechStream Plus (GTS+) installation components together with GTSPlusOffliner 1.03.

The included installation package is intended for the European GTS+ release. Users do not need to search for the base GTS+ installer separately.

Tested Versions​

GTSPlusOffliner 1.03 has been tested with:

• EU 2026.01.004.03
• EU 2026.02.002.03
• US 2026.02.002.02

Compatibility with other GTS+ versions is not guaranteed.

Functions requiring Toyota server access will remain unavailable, including:

• Online Key Registration

• Calibration and firmware downloads
• Functions requiring an active Toyota account or subscription

GTSPlusOffliner does not generate security keys, programming signatures, calibration files or Toyota online access.

• Vehicle model and year
• Diagnostic interface being used
• Installation step where the problem occurred
• Complete error message
• Screenshot of the error or application window
• Information about whether GTS+ worked before running GTSPlusOffliner

Do not disable the complete antivirus or Windows security system. If a file is blocked, post the exact filename and detection message in this thread.
