All EGR flow and its diagnostics are disabled, reducing soot buildup and keeping the intake path clean. Torque, boost and smoke limiters are rescaled with balanced air-fuel targets, so the 5-speed gearbox remains within OEM load margins during everyday commuting. Cold-start, idle and light-throttle cells are refined to preserve stock fuel economy on cruise yet deliver a sharper throttle feel in city traffic.
