• It is a typo and perhaps you mean version 23.12 (December 2023).

But I need to issue a very strong warning here regarding version "25.12".

As already mentioned, an official Xentry version from December 2025 does not currently exist in reality. If a source offers a "25.12", then there is a 99.9% chance that it is an older, real version (e.g. a 23.12 or 24.03 base) where only the version display in the files has been manipulated to make it look "newer".

It is important for you to know this: if the "Fullfix 4.8.4" works there, it is because it happens to match the *actual* (hidden) base version of this installation.

Just be prepared for strange side effects to sometimes occur with such versions with manipulated numbers. Keeping my fingers crossed!

• First, check if the file actually exists on your disk:

1. SDConnect Toolkit: Look at the Toolkit icon in your system tray. Is the C4 detected and does it have a green checkmark? If the Toolkit does not see the mux, DAS cannot use it. Check your IP settings (PC IP should be 172.29.127.119, Subnet 255.255.0.0).
2. Blacklist Fix: Since you are using the FullFix, re-run the tool and ensure you have applied the C4 Blacklist Patch (sometimes labeled as "Mux Fix" or similar). If your clone C4 serial number is on the blacklist, DAS will throw this error.
3. Configuration: Check the file cal.ini in C:\Program Files (x86)\Mercedes-Benz\DAS\bin\. Ensure the platform is set correctly for C4 (usually PLATFORM=PART_D2).
