DENSO ETSI — Fuel Injection Pump Service Information

DENSO ETSI — Fuel Injection Pump Service Information

DENSO ETSI is an offline technical-information library for fuel-injection pump service. Its main menu separates parts information, test specifications, manuals and bulletins, the special-tool catalog and cross-reference searches. This makes it useful when a diesel workshop must identify a pump component, locate the matching service document or verify the tool specified for a controlled overhaul.

The library is reference material rather than diagnostic or calibration software. It does not connect to an ECU, operate a test bench or decide that two pumps are interchangeable without their complete identification.

What this resource is for#

Use the library after recording the full DENSO pump, injector or component number. Search the exact number first, then confirm product type, application, remarks, illustration and test specification before ordering parts or preparing a bench procedure.

Confirmed functions#

  • Search fuel-injection pump and component parts information
  • Open test specifications associated with supported products
  • Browse manuals and service bulletins
  • Search the special-service-tool catalog by product type and tool name
  • View parts lists and exploded illustrations
  • Cross-reference supported DENSO identifiers and related applications

Supported vehicles, controllers and data#

  • Coverage is determined by records present in the supplied database
  • The interface includes pump, nozzle and special-tool product group searches
  • The illustrated tool catalog exposes part-number, application, parallel-search and reverse-search workflows
  • Exact model, pump family, market and production revision must be verified from the component label
  • Passenger, commercial and industrial applications may appear, but no universal vehicle coverage is claimed

Package contents#

  • Large optical-disc image containing the ETSI database
  • Small disc descriptor and start script
  • Signed WinCDEmu installer supplied for mounting the image
  • Two original interface previews; the detailed catalog view is placed at the bottom
  • Thousands of reference records remain inside the original database image rather than being converted to loose files

System, hardware and interface requirements#

  • A dedicated Windows workshop computer or isolated virtual machine with administrator access for legacy software where required
  • Enough free space for the extracted package, immutable originals, working copies and verification outputs
  • A second trusted application or OEM document for checking identifiers and results before any vehicle-side action
  • Current backups and a documented recovery route before changing configuration, EEPROM or flash data
  • Stable vehicle or bench power whenever a connected diagnostic or programming step follows the offline work
  • A trusted ISO/MDF mounting method; the included mounting installer is optional
  • Legacy display scaling or browser compatibility may be needed for the original interface
  • Exact pump or component identification and appropriate diesel test equipment

  • Record the complete DENSO number and equipment application
  • Mount a read-only copy of the database image
  • Search the identifier and confirm product type before opening documents
  • Review parts, test specification, bulletins and required special tools together
  • Follow the documented cleanliness, measurement and test-bench procedure
  • Record the document identifier used and verify supersessions through current service information

Compatibility limits and responsible use#

  • A matching family name does not prove compatibility with every hardware revision, software branch, memory layout or market
  • The package does not replace OEM service information, ownership checks, qualified diagnosis or a tested recovery method
  • Security and immobilizer functions are for authorized repair of owned or customer-authorized property only
  • Legacy unsigned executables should be isolated and independently scanned; no malware-free claim is made
  • Never post VINs, keys, PINs, active seeds, calculated responses, customer files or proprietary controller dumps publicly
  • Historical data may not contain later supersessions or current availability
  • Cross-reference results require confirmation of mechanical, electrical and calibration compatibility

Troubleshooting#

  • Disc does not open: verify both image and descriptor are together and mount read-only
  • Search returns no result: remove formatting characters and try the complete label number
  • Illustration and list disagree: stop and confirm product revision and bulletin status
  • Text is unreadable: use legacy DPI scaling and the intended character set
  • Current replacement differs: confirm supersession through an authorized DENSO channel

File integrity and safety#

The source archive was fully tested and extracted. Every executable, library and nested container was inventoried and inspected statically without launching the automotive software. The final package is rebuilt with encrypted headers and independently extracted again before publication. Preserve the original hashes, work on copies and independently scan unsigned legacy software in an isolated environment.

Additional interface previews#

These original screens document further menus or workflows without duplicating the main image.
