UPDATE;
OK. Took me some months, searching online asking questions in forum pulling me hair out lol
Then yesterday it dawned on me. I'm running windows 10 on one of laptops win 11 on other.
So on win 10 after so long I noticed my com port was missing. Before that I was so stressed I bought online ista 4.39.20. about $18 to $20.
I went to device manager clicked action button then legacy hardware added com port and walla ista worked. Now I'll try ista from this site on win 11 laptop and give update on what happens win 11 has same issue missing com port.
