There is no bmw file in Programdata nor are there the istaregfix or rcleaner file (in any subfolder). I did a search

But where put I the Rheingold\SqliteDBs folder? In old versions it was in Program Files (x86) and on 4.57.30 not working. I put it in C, in Program Files, in ISTA, not working. Not find sqlitedbs files. I see *.sqlite files is in C:\ISTA\SqliteDBs\. Then, the instructions in downloaded program are not complete.

It's not that simple. Creating a reliable installer that handles prerequisites (Visual C++, .NET), registry keys, and firewall rules for every Windows version takes a lot of time and testing.

How long do you think? I've followed so many steps and downloaded two versions trying to install. Some of the files you are referring to isn't there, etc
