I'll tell you how it works for me, although I should clarify that I have vocom2. My vocom is updated to the latest firmware, and I only have the VOCOM CONFIGURATOR software installed on the virtual machine. Then, from the virtual machine, I reset the vocom using VOCOM CONFIGURATOR and linked it to the virtual machine again. After that, I open techtool and check that it is configured there again. I use a Wi-Fi connection with the vocom2, so I made those adjustments, and that is how I got it working. The last truck I scanned was an fh4 540 2021. Let us know if you were able to solve the problem.
